The hotel had modern, clean and spacious rooms, a great feature. The hotel also had two bars, although they closed earlier than advertised, they were still a nice option. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the old town and cathedral, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The rooftop restaurant had a great view but was overpriced and in desperate need of an upgrade. there were some issues with the bathrooms, as some guests reported a strong odor coming from the shower drains.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in a great spot on the river bank which was quiet yet well connected for exploring. The rooms were special and had many great facilities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a patio. The service was outstanding, with room service and car hire available. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, from tours to laundry. The leisure facilities were also fantastic with a heated swimming pool and sauna.
This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with incredible service and facilities.

We enjoyed the convenient location close to the Christmas markets, town centre, and river. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice swimming pool and lovely bathroom with colorful lighting effects. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and filling.

Great location with easy parking access. Pet-friendly and comfortable rooms with clean sheets. Good variety of restaurants nearby at affordable prices. Very helpful reception staff and facilities readily accessible. Delicious and affordable breakfast buffet but needs an advance reservation to avoid extra costs.

The hotel location was great, situated near the Rhine river and within walking distance of the city centre. The tram station was right by the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a nice selection of food.
The hotel's housekeeping services could have been better, as they did not always clean the glasses in the room.

We loved the location, it was easy to access and explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the gym facilities, despite being small. we highly recommend this hotel.
